We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address.

*Delivery Time*
Orders may take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

*Non-returnable items*
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

* Items without original packaging

*Refunds*
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In some cases, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return.

*Exchanges*
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Customers must provide photo or video proof.

*Order Cancellation*
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
